1. The Code will apply to all people involved in any of the purchasing activities done by JR Explore. JR Explore’s employees / agents must agree to abide by this code prior to undertaking any activities on behalf of the Company or any client. Any employees / representatives of JR Explore found to be violating this code may be blacklisted. JR Explore may consider termination or permanent blacklisting of any employee/ agent who fails to comply with this requirement.
2. A prospective supplier may be contacted for sourcing a product of the company only if JR Explore’s clients genuinely is interested in acquiring such services or products.
3. Orders will only be shipped to our clients once:
Payment conditions have been cleared.
The goods have been at least basically inspected & accounted for.
And the client acknowledges the conditions and agrees for the shipment to take place
4. Respect prospective client’s privacy, as such, JR Explore will respect the client’s privacy and his/her interest may normally be discussed only with him/her with any other individual / company only when authorized to do so by our client.
5. No misleading statements/ misrepresentations permitted by any of JR Explore’s employees / agents and shall not mislead clients on any service / product offered by the company; or falsely represent themselves.
6. Gifts or bribe. Employees/ agents of JR Explore must not accept gifts from clients or bribed of any kind. Any employee / agent of JR Explore who is offered a bribe or
payment of any kind by a client, must report the offer to his/her management / branch concerned. In a similar fashion, employees / agents of JR Explore shall not provide gifts /bribes in exchange for any access to products or services on behalf of JR Explore’s clients.
7. All products or services acquired must be in compliance with local laws. No order for illegal products or services will be accepted.
8. General Clause(s)
JR Explore’s employees / agents agree to provide the services as per the terms and conditions set out in Standard Agreement.
The employees / agents shall protect the interest of the company and ensure that the company shall not suffer any reputational risk or loss due to any acts, deeds or actions or lack of the same, undertaken / supposed to be undertaken by them..
The employees /agents shall not furnish any misleading/wrong information to any prospective client on the policies and the terms and conditions of the product.
The employees/ agents shall co-operate with officials in case of any investigations or inquiry.
The employees/ agents have an obligation to conduct themselves in an honest and ethical manner and act in the best interest of the JR Explore. The employees / agents shall ensure that the sourcing agent, their employees and representatives shall avoid all situations that present a potential or actual conflict between their interest and the interest of JR Explore.
The employees / agents shall ensure that they deal fairly with clients at all times and in accordance with ethical business practices.
The employees / agents shall not collect any amount in cash or in any form or any other fee from the client for providing services to JR Explore.
The employees / agents shall not share any internal communication received from JR Explore with the client, whether in print, electronic or any other medium of communication.
The employees / agents or any person on his behalf or his employees/representatives cannot accept any kind of gratuitous payment / benefit from any client / potential client in any form or manner for any services being performed for JR Explore. Any acceptance of such gratuitous payment accepted by the employees / representatives of the sourcing agent should be immediately reported to JR Explore and in such cases JR Explore may in its discretion undertake any action which it deems fit.
The employee / agents shall not engage in discussing the client interest with any other persons other than those authorised by the client and/or JR Explore.
